FUJI MACHINE MFG. (EUROPE) GmbH starts construction work for the new business building in Kelsterbach
FUJI MACHINE MFG. (EUROPE) GmbH celebrated today the ground-breaking ceremony for the new business building at industrial area Staudenaecker, close to the Suedpark of Kelsterbach. In addition to the management team of FUJI MACHINE EUROPE and TAKENAKA EUROPE GmbH, invited guests from the city of Kelsterbach as well as the press took part in the celebration at the site. The ground-breaking ceremony was held in Japanese traditional symbolism.
FUJI MACHINE EUROPE is since 1991 a direct subsidiary of the Japanese FUJI MACHINE MFG. CO., LTD. working on the european market. The group has already been managing european customers from the Rhine-Main area a decade ago.
“At that time, the Group operated an office in Kelsterbach. In one year from today, we are moving back to Kelsterbach and realizing a long-cherished wish,” so Klaus Gross, Managing Director of FUJI MACHINE MFG. (EUROPE) GmbH.
Kelsterbach is a city in the heart of the Rhine-Main region and is as a business location very popular with its proximity to Frankfurt am Main airport. The city has a number of commercial areas and settlements. More than a thousand companies are registered here. “With the arrival of FUJI MACHINE EUROPE in our city, our location is enriching. We warmly welcome you and will appreciate you at Fujiallee in the future,” said Mayor Manfred Ockel, symbolically presenting the new road name.
Today, the european head office has about 60 employees and has been located in Mainz-Kastel since its foundation. As a strong and competent partner, FUJI MACHINE EUROPE can look back on more than 25 years of best service and sales support in the area of electronic placement systems for full-line suppliers.
“The new building is designed to achieve a growth factor of 1.5,” adds Bernd P. Buetzler, Managing Director of TAKENAKA EUROPE GmbH. The modern business building includes office premises as well as showroom and warehouse. FUJI MACHINE EUROPE has the opportunity to grow innovatively and forward-looking – both technologically and in terms of staff.
Together with Mayor Manfred Ockel, Messrs Gross and Buetzler presented the cleansing of the plot in a symbolic act. At the four outer corners of the future building were spread, salt, against negative influences, rice, for good results, and sake, as thanks to god. Subsequently, the gentlemen made the first cut of the ground, the KUWA-IRE, for a safe construction and a brilliant future of the new business building of FUJI MACHINE EUROPE.
