Just in case in our main warehouse in Kelsterbach we store almost all important products on 400 sqm storage space. If necessary, those are available for you at short notice. The requirement for processing an order for spare parts is that a written order with the following information is available:
Direct courier (same day delivery)
Deliveries of spare parts for FUJI machines that are still under warranty
will be made free of charge, taking into account the appropriate priority: “free delivery”
Fuji’s spare parts department supports our customers in various aspects of parts ordering from identification to purchase. Each customer is assigned an experienced and competent personal service representative, who will answer your questions immediately. For example, they can provide information about the price and description of a part and shipping information, including the date of shipment, of the recipient, the time of receipt and the tracking numbers. If required the spare parts department also offers technical support so that our customers can determine, which part needs to be ordered. In most cases we can find the right part in time to have it shipped the same day.
Fuji has $15 million in stock at our Kelsterbach headquarters, which includes more than 4000 regular items. Our purchasing control system, which constantly monitors inventory levels and replenishes items daily, minimizes lead times and backlogs. Standard items can be shipped the same day they are ordered. We also expedite orders in case of machine downtime and can offer counter-to-counter shipping. A weekend emergency service is also available. (extra cost apply)
